Then the Foundation Programme is for you. Includes 8 one to one sessions based on the Practical Mindfulness formal course, which can be tailored to suit your individual needs. You'll also get access to the online resources in the student zone, manual, monthly gathering and any other tools you might need or we might have available for you at all times.
Sessions will take place face to face at The Haven in Graiguenamanagh, Co Kilkenny or via Skype or Zoom.
The programme has been developed by psychologists and experts in the field of MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) developed by Jon Kabat Zinn the father of Mindfulness in the Eastern World who was a student of Thich Nhat Hanh. But we will also bring elements from other disciplines if necessary or you have an interest on it.
The programme covers the core foundation of Mindfulness to create a healthy mindset and a solid based for any personal development.
